How do I get the update about the fundraiser I supported?

At any point in time there are 5000+ fundraisers running on WEO Nature Care Foundation because of which, all of them do not load on the website. You can login to your account and go to 'donation history' to find the relevant information.

I have transacted in my local currency, but I have been charged by my bank in USD. Why so?

All foreign/Non-INR transactions on WEO Nature Care Foundation are only processed in USD (US dollars). Therefore, irrespective to which country you are in, outside India, your bank will convert the local currency into USD and process your transaction.

For any additional banking charges, please contact your local bank as that is a process outside our control.

Payment / Donation Receipt

To receive Payment Acknowledgement please follow these instructions:

  1. If you have used direct payment method i.e Debit Card/Credit Card or Net banking, then you need to login to your profile using the email ID used to make the transaction and download it from the donation history section. You can click on the forgot password to retrieve your password.
  2. If you have used UPI/Bank transfer/PayTM Wallet payment method, you need to visit on the fundraiser page to which you have supported and look out for click here to receive payment acknowledgment option and fill up the necessary details in order to receive payment acknowledgment. 
  3. Also, check your inbox & spam box, you might have received an email from WEO Nature Care Foundation with the attachment of the same when you completed your transaction.
